If you write an article then on the 90% template you see and author description and image but if you not setup your profile it's show blank. There is nothing more to describe this because everyone knows about this.

How to change the user profile

There is an easy way to do this just go to this URL https://draft.blogger.com/edit-profile.g then scroll down and now you see a Profile Photo option just click on choose file and choose your image then scroll down and click on save profile button now your profile photo adding done.
